I am planning on developing an "upgrade template" for the wiki (maybe in the next couple of hours if I have time) that we can use for developing web pages in the following manner: 1. A "dummy" of the current web page is put on a wiki page. 2. Changes are made to the dummy 3. Once a significant amount of change is made, someone updates the web page AND... 4. Adds the "upgrade template" to the page, which links to the version that is online, so that it is easy to see what changes have been made since a version was last posted. (This is possible to do manually, but would be easier once I get a template made). 5. Repeat steps 2-4. One thing I noticed is that the page marketing.openoffice.org (or m.OO.o, as I call it), is mostly a series of links to OTHER projects, not the Marketing project! Any sections relevant to the marketing project (with three notable exceptions) simply have neither links nor helpful advice! Once I get the upgrade template ready, I'll start laying out dummies, unless someone wants to go without me. I will have to do some research and playing around until I get it right.
