The fourth one is based on no. 2, with lower case and ":"(colon)
instead of "!"(exclamation mark).
Using italic characters I think it's not as aggressive as before.
"get legal:" got a white border, but I don't know if it's enough
when you look at it through a conventional monitor. With TFT
displays the blue tone is much lighter than with the older monitors,
so perhaps this line will not be readable on older monitors.
