I feel very sorry, this solution can only work on windows and ce now. but in
future it will work on other systems. It is able to download from seeders of
any other systems or clients.

So this solution works only on Windows? People using the .exe will be 
able to download from seeders using anoter Operating System? Will they 
seed to downloaders using another OS?
