[Marketing] 5 days to learn MS-Office 2007?

I've heard a number of people say that Bill Gates (or Steve Balmer?) has
gone on the record saying it'll take people five days to learn how to
use the "new look" in MS-Office 2007. Has anyone got a URL for that
quote?
