The new download "Bouncer" interface.
None of 2.1.0 combinations of Platform/Locale seems to work.

This doesn't really get me a good feeling. It seems there are people that
have green light to make decisions and some that just keep being rejected.
AFAIK bouncer is a project that was just recently mentioned in the
GULLfoss blog, however this implementation was neither voted or agree on
being impleented. Yet we have it now without having passed through QA,
peer review or whatever verification we have implemented at the moment.
This is a serious thing to take in account and needs to be traced back who
did this modifications and what was the process to get it
accepted/implemented and most important, who is the one in charge to
mantain the application.
I am not bashing on the app, I personally think is a great idea, I am
concern about the process and the responsibles. I am attaching the NL-Com
ML since this seem to impact all localization distribution.
