Too much work for a simple "OK, you can use it". :-) What I propose is:
A - Either modify the license so that the logo can be used for a certain
set of purposes, like the ones mentioned above, under some rules, like
not modifying it or abusing it.
B - Or allow the local MarCons to decide - inside the given rules - that
by themselves.
My idea would be A.
Clear to all, not dependent on the interpretation of local MarCons.
Each of these would make the current process much easier.
