I see that NeoOffice has hit Slashdot's start page:

It would be beneficial to both them and us to play up interoperability
(via OpenDocument) rather than lock-in (via MOOX). NeoOffice plays up
to MS and makes claims about MOOX support. However, any time spent on
pipe dreams about MOOX compatibility is time lost:

Ideas on how OOo and NeoOffice can work together to promote
interoperability (OpenDocument) and avoid the divide-and-conquer tactice
MS is playing with its competitors?
