It's really a quite interesting topic for me. Especially for Myanmar Citizens who need visa to travel wherever on the world.
I am big "+1" on this idea with some comments. not only real time online conference, but also the podcasts should be available after the conference as well since the connection is Myanmar is really terrible to participate in real time conference.
