I'm afraid this is something I see as a _very_ bad idea.  OOo is about
freedom from control, yet for OOo to promote itself so shamelessly on a
document is terrible.

Sure, have the option there so that it's easy to click 'promote OOo in
my comments' - or something similar.  But definitely don't have it as a
default option.

ODF, OOo is about separating the application from the data.
Cross-compatibility.  I could quite easily imagine a document with 3 or
4 images on it promoting different Office Suites.
