You may have also noticed that it looks like many of the astroturfers and other MS proponents have mostly gone away from their usual haunts. Most have, others have transfered activities to where they can cause more harm, such as OASIS ODF committees and discussions. OOo is a high profile target and a vehicle for many to begin to use a universal document format. Once MS loses the monopoly on office formats, it loses the office suite and thus the desktop. Scorched earth on their way out, if they can, apparently.
