Being new to this list, I am not sure how much of a problem this is
here. I have seen a lot of remarks in the [email protected] list
about this type of thing. One poster there posted about
http://www.openofficeaccess.com/ , which looks to much like an official
OpenOffice.org web site. They charge for redirecting the user to the
official OpenOffice.org download page. It seems they also direct you to
the users list if you need help. I have seen some strong messages from
new users there about the "paid" support that they believe they are owed.
