For what it's worth . . . maybe this is a good marketing opportunity, in a sense. How hard would it be for us to add a "Report Bugs" option under the HELP menu, which could then have a link to issuezilla? It would certainly help the users feel like their feedback was being heard . . . because it would, in fact, be more likely to be heard. On a related note: the bug reporting functions (even the "beginners" page) are really confusing. I've reported quite a few bugs, and even though I'm a fairly geeky guy, even *I* don't understand what I'm doing half the time on it. If we want users to report bugs in a meaningful way, I really do think we have to make it easier for them. - -- Steven Shelton Twilight Media & Design, LLC 17195 Silver Parkway #134 Fenton, MI 48430 www.TwilightMD.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iD8DBQFMaYOkKP0FWmSVanERAtpfAJ4ofhTki7qw3m+ookC+YgkkkFIFhgCbBg+Z gKTEFAXparkLCCEBxSQaqa0= =I4mC -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
