For what it's worth . . . maybe this is a good marketing opportunity,
in a sense. How hard would it be for us to add a "Report Bugs" option
under the HELP menu, which could then have a link to issuezilla? It
would certainly help the users feel like their feedback was being
heard . . . because it would, in fact, be more likely to be heard.

On a related note: the bug reporting functions (even the "beginners"
page) are really confusing. I've reported quite a few bugs, and even
though I'm a fairly geeky guy, even *I* don't understand what I'm
doing half the time on it. If we want users to report bugs in a
meaningful way, I really do think we have to make it easier for them.
