Hi Alain, Andrea,

from my perspective, the main goal would be to get some fresh views and
ideas on the project, but also some "code work".
The current codebase is pretty much outdated regarding dependencies and
such and would very much benefit from some updates here. But we already
have a long going upgrade branch for our main dependency OpenRDF Sesame to
be updated to RDF4J (MARMOTTA-659). But also documentation, etc... hasn't
been touched for quite some time.

You can see, Marmotta has been dormant for a long time - any help would be
appreciated!
