You were also pretty clear about submitting a patch:

The bootstrap I would like always to point at ibiblio. As far as
build.xml files, make sure they are not generated as I'm not that
familiar with the examples plugin. But typically build.xml files are
generated by the ant plugin so you might need to modify that or raise an
issue.

The last file you mention uses ibiblio for the manifest creation which
is correct. We don't want user specified values in there, but that could
be modified to use ${maven.repo.central} instead of www.ibiblio.org.
