Unless you want to use your own Ibiblio Mirror - which we have to do, due
to proxy security issues. (its replicated every night at 7)
Am I right in assuming I can over-ride it in my

Technically no, as a matter of policy I think it would be wise to for a
clean bootstrap to use JARs we know are there. I don't think it's too
much to ask that if you want to bootstrap then you use ibiblio.
