Basically I'd like to but my current workload is already squashing me
and I wouldn't do a good job. Maybe we can volunteer Martin (who seems
to be the Torque maintainer these days)? ;-)

I don't follow the maven development too closely but I had to use a
current version for testing the Turbine 2.3 release build, this is
where the MAVEN-690 bug report comes from.
