Patch to add the project dependancies to the pmd classpath.
This should allow a custom ruleset jar file that is defined as a dependancy to be 
added to the pmd classpath.

If you want to use a custom ruleset (using a ruleset jar and ruleset definition) you 
cannot.

Reason: there is no way to add the custom ruleset jar to the pmd classpath.
