Small maven project to demonstrate patch.
1 project with 2 subprojects.
1) logging-rules/ - creates the ruleset jar file.
2) pmd-testing/ - example of how to use the generated jar above.
This project consists of a trivial 3 rule ruleset defined via a ruleset.xml and a set
of classes.

Description:
If you want to use a custom ruleset (using a ruleset jar and ruleset definition) you
cannot.
Reason: there is no way to add the custom ruleset jar to the pmd classpath.
