Never run DamageControl, but use CruiseControl all of the time. Couldn't it
run on codehaus off an anon. checkout from Apache? I believe the status
checks are reasonably lightweight, and only need be run once an hour or
less.

Happy to help set this up, and definitely +1 to doing it. I'll check out
DamageControl now.
