For Maven I would prefer to use DamageControl (it's actually also
written by ThoughtWorkers) and is slated, at least by the authors, to be
a replacement for DamageControl. It's certainly a lot easier to setup
then CC even though CC isn't all that bad. I also have an unabashed
Codehaus bias :-)

Some other folks in infrastructure have responded and doesn't look like
it will be a big deal to setup. 

We will actually use the Codehaus build boxen, we just need to augment
the $CVSROOT here slightly so that DamageControl knows when commits
happen.
