I took a quick look at the page - and maybe I'm being dumb or too busy & didn't look closely enough, but are you saying you've something in Forrest that will suck out the JIRA roadmap as a blob of XML and format it as a Maven changes.xml?

I didn't see any mention of JIRA on this page, other than linking to some JIRA issues.
