I don't understand this flattened vs nested structure feature, particularly
when you compare to git
And I don't understand what you call "ignore SCM section"
the quesion is: what is the best algorithm (simple and generic being very
valuable properties for "best" notion) to calculate the SCM section of a model
when it is empty in the POM but not in parent?
currently, the best algorithm is "parent url + /artifactid"
