Upgrading maven core to 2.19 ( https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/maven.git) consistently hangs on org.apache.maven.artifact.handler.ArtifactHandlerTest, this works on 2.18.
So I'm -1 until we can find out what's happening...
