Great work and thanks for sharing - it is really useful. I was unaware
of `--force-with-lease` option and it is nice to know.

Actually maybe you know that but I want to share it just in case. If
you name your script git-pushwithlease, make it executable and place
it in the $PATH, then you can call it with:

git pushwithlease
