To have everything in chronological order, I would like to move this paragraph after "To produce a release candidate, follow the first seven steps only from the following procedure: Maven Project Common Release Procedure" Also, 'first seven steps' should be replaced with 'up to and including Stage The Release', so you don't have to count and it won't matter if there steps added or removed. And to be complete I think we should add: Adjust the URLs of the staging repos of the Call for Vote template.
