We cannot replace Users ML; it should stay and be a mirror of GH discussions. Various reasons: - subscription to a third party provider is mandatory for GH discussions whereas you can post a question to uers@ without registration. Not convenient I agree because you have to wait for moderation and consult the ML website but some users may still want freedom of non registration. - GH is not available in some countries.
