Please have a look to see if they can be quickly implemented, can be

If you have any issues with releasing 4.0.0, now is the time !
MNG-7344 [1] has been on our wish list for a long time, and it even has
an open PR [2] for it. I propose we add this to the 4.0.0 goal - and
maybe even include it in a beta before it gets released. As Karl-Heinz
said, I think it would be good to have some more betas so Maven 4 gets
to mature before we release it.
