Hi,

I tend to disable it for npm and i'm unhappy when it is not on a CI so not
a big fan but if anyone will to create a new type of artifact
"funding.json" or whatever and consume it in a com.biz:funding-plugin it
wouldn't bother anyone and embrass you will.
But I would do it outside maven project, we do not even check for the
"latest" version and plugins doing it like jib got negative feedbacks -
cause generally this kind of things get their own pipeline.

So +0.1 to do it on github.
