Definitely all points to take into consideration but a -1? A veto is generally used in extreme cases and is not something to be used lightly. Everything looks reasonable and a -0 would do in this case. I will certainly fix most things listed but please consider removing the veto as some points are subjective and I would not like to be restricted from publishing the site because of one persons objections.
