I don't know, is it a big difference to the beta-2s we have now?
The scm plugin is rather crucial as none of the published versions work
with namespaces in poms, see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPRELEASE-16. I view this as a bug fix
release mainly, I expect another release for maven 1.1-final as the
general scm compliance will have to be reviewed.
