Nice work! But got confused with the difference between
one:install-maven-one-repository goal and the deploy:deploy-file with
repositoryLayout as legacy
(http://people.apache.org/~aramirez/maven-deploy-plugin/examples/deploying-in-legacy-layout.html).
Are they the same?

There are a couple of mojo parameters left to write Javadoc for. I
just don't know what they do. Perhaps Brett, as the original author,
can shed some light on those. I've added @todos for them in the code.
