[MNG-2246] mojo developer guide takes a shortcut at explaining fully how the
command line can be shortened.

Can I be anal and ask that we use:
Submitted by: NAME
on a new line as exact text for this? I have high hopes of one day
trawling the commit logs to find a list of contributors we've missed
recognising (its not exhaustive, but this will make it a bit better). I
just choose that format since it was in the original CVS template way
back when. I think its documented on the site, but I could be wrong.
You can edit it with:
svn pe --revprop -r 430523
