Here is the result of a bunch of the work that's been done lately.
This is what a typical release will look like:
http://people.apache.org/~jvanzyl/stage/maven-remote-resources-plugin/
org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-remote-resources-plugin/1.0-SNAPSHOT/
So if anyone is interested, take a look at that structure, download
some files and poke around and see if there's anything wrong. Stuff
that is supposed to be signed is, the JARs container the necessary
licenses. So if anyone sees anything wrong let me know. When it's
settled that the stuff being produced is cool, then the big slew of
release will be done.
