I am unsure the vote as passed.
According to http://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html
there is 4 +1 votes, but only one from a PMC, and if I have
correctly understood the other are indicative.
Which mean I two PMC votes more to release.
Is there any other PMC member interested to test and vote?
