It's been stalled for a while so it's time to JFDI.
The last 2 issues are resolved for 2.0.10, which had a combined 75 votes. I bumped the extension issue to 2.0.11 since it is complicated, no patch yet and it's debatable if it's even worth fixing in 2.0.x.
