I believe it is in sync, and I removed most of the content from the front page of the Codehaus space and ask Ben to put in place the redirect.
If you work out of here: http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVEN I would just leave most of the old proposals in http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVENOLD/Home. When people are prepared to work on them they can migrate them over or if folks have new stuff they can work in the new space.
