Ironically enough, the index for this repo seems to be broken. :-) https://repository.apache.org/index.html#view-repositories;maven_promotion-010~browseindex gives a 500 error, and when downloaded it seems to contain just an entry for org.apache.apache.resources:apache-source-release-assembly-descriptor:1.0.3.
