+1 in favor of the active/inactive framework/slave name changes.
I will, however suggest that if we're going to have several tasks_foo metrics
(instead of foo_tasks), then maybe we would also want frameworks_(in)active,
slaves_(in)active, offers_outstanding, and status_updates_(in)valid. Or maybe
foo_tasks was alright after all. I'd just like to see consistency.
