I wonder if we should also update the https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Release+Process instructions to include tagging for the bro plugin, or if we were going to split out the release processes? I'd be happy to update the instructions (Step 8) if that's the right place for now and I didn't miss a new place for the plugin release instructions.
