I'm looking at implementing this to get to know the Vysper code base. Getting
client->server and other-server->us pings working should be easy. Do we also
want to support server-client pings and in the future us->other-server pings
working? if so, how should we trigger these (maybe triggered by MINA session
idle callback)?
