We encountered this issue with Firefox 55 originally:

seemed to work until Firefox 61, 62, 63. None of the other browsers we test
have the issue on any other OS (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge). We were using
Mina 2.0.17 when it first arose with FF 55.
