Hi, please review the solution I posted as a PR
(https://github.com/apache/mina-sshd/pull/72) - if it looks reasonable, it
would help if you could run some sanity as well as stress tests to see not only
if it works, but what impact (if any) it has on sustained throughput tunneling.
