Ok, FTR any PMC member can change the default branch.
It's available through https://gitbox.apache.org/boxer, tab Repositories and
meny Change branch.
Now, the bad news:
- You can only have one default branch. I suggest it to be the 2.2.X branch atm
- The branch's name *must* start with an alpha char (ie 2.2.X does not make it,
but mina-2.2.X does)
- The branch *must* exist, which mean we have to rename 2.2.X to mina-2.2.X
- last, not least, we also have to rename it in our .jenkins file
/me checking the various impacts.
