SttySupport.parsePtyModes lowercases each PtyMode name with the default locale before searching the stty -a output for it, so under tr-TR the I in ISIG, ICANON, VINTR and seventeen other names becomes a dotless ı and those modes are never found. This lowercases with Locale.ROOT instead and adds a test that parses the bundled stty outputs under tr-TR and compares the result with the one obtained under the current default locale.
