Decision on whether or not to setup Mnemonic website as a independent git repo.

Hi, at this point, we face a decision on how to organize the Mnemonic
repo. I think there are two feasible options for us to choose.

 1) setup a indenpendt git repo dedicated for Mnemonic website i.e.
incubator-mnemonic-site.git

 2) using branch asf-site of incubator-mnemonic.git to dist. website
contents.
