Hi Henry I currently use the following place to store RCs. https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/mnemonic/ (staging repo)
However once get voted, I think it should be moved to the following place. https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/mnemonic (release repo) if I understand correctly, Please help us to fire a ticket to ask infrastructure for release repo creation.
