It looks like we need someone who has write access to go https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ and create a subfolder Mnemonic there. So Gary can send release to: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/mnemonic I am not sure if I have the access, I don't see where for me to login even.
