Those are great goals, however the only things really gating graduation at this point IMO (other mentors can chime in if they feel otw) is; 1) continue driving releases, esp with different release managers to show that a number of people understand "the Apache way" (one aspect granted), 2) increase community involvement, esp diversity (typically we talk about this in terms of not having a single company represented, but overall diversity is a good goal as well) in committer/pmc membership.
