The version one of the MIC included platform building (the OS). This
is more what I was referring to.

As always, but it was listed as part of the SDK previously, no?

What I was trying to address is that things seem a bit sparse as they
are organized on the web site in terms of documentation, location,
process-flow of getting started with v2 in comparison to v1.
