Hi shuang, When I encountered this issue, I noticed that the / file system has about 500M free space. So I confused why this issue happens.

The command line could be: moblin-image-creator --config=<your ks file> --format=liveusb --cache=<your cache dir> --overlay-size-mb=<reserved free space you want> and you should expand the / partition size accordingly in the kickstart file. To solve the boot issue you met, you could mount your U-disk first in a linux OS, and delete some file to enlarge free disk space. FYI. I can boot moblin alpha 2 usb live image (20090311) successfully on my HP laptop. However, when I tried to copy many files (about 100M) into / file system or using tar command to uncompress file. I always encountered the bus error issue. In addition, If I try to boot the moblin 2 again after encountering this issue, the moblin 2 can’t be booted successfully sometimes. It seems that file system has been destroyed. Thanks for your help in advance!
